Bulk & business

Same mark, a hundred times over.

Branded drinkware, name badges, awards, staff gifts, customer thank-yous. Consistent from the first piece to the last, with a proof to approve before anything gets cut.

How a bulk order runs

Four steps, no surprises.

Bulk work takes longer than a one-off because the materials have to be ordered in. Here’s exactly how it goes, so you can plan around it.

01 — QUOTE

You request a quote

Tell us the item, the quantity and the artwork. We price it out and send it back in writing.

02 — DEPOSIT

50% deposit

Once you approve the quote, half the total is due up front. That's what lets us buy the materials. The balance is settled when the order is finished.

03 — MATERIALS

Materials ordered

We order after the deposit clears. Bulk materials generally take around 2–3 months to arrive.

04 — PRODUCTION

Engraved & ready

Once the materials land, the run is normally finished within one business week. Pickup in Bow Island or shipped out.

Bulk works differently from a normal order. Regular shop orders and one-off custom work aren’t paid for until they’re finished. Bulk needs the 50% deposit up front, because the materials are bought in specially for your run.
Plan ahead for dated events. If you need branded items for a specific date — a golf tournament, an anniversary, a conference — get in touch early. The 2–3 month materials window is the part nobody can rush. Timings here are estimates, and we'll give you a realistic date with your quote.

Common bulk jobs

What businesses usually ask for.

Branded drinkware

Tumblers, mugs and flasks with your logo. The usual choice for staff gifts and customer thank-yous because people actually keep them.

Priced per run

Name badges & signage

Consistent badges for a whole team, door signs, desk plates. Set the layout once and every future batch matches it.

Priced per run

Awards & recognition

Tournament trophies, service awards, retirement gifts. Slate, wood or metal, engraved with names and dates.

Priced per run

Volume pricing is available on larger runs. How much depends on the product and the quantity, so the fastest way to get a real number is to ask for a bulk quote.

Recent business work

Logos we’ve put on things.

Real orders that have gone out of the shop. Send us your logo and we’ll tell you honestly how it will engrave at the size you need.

Questions

Before you ask.

What counts as a bulk order?

Anything large enough that we have to order materials in specially rather than pull them off the shelf. If you’re not sure which side of the line you’re on, just ask — we’ll tell you when we quote it.

Why is a 50% deposit needed?

Bulk materials are bought specifically for your order, in your quantity, often with a long lead time. The deposit covers that purchase. The balance is settled when the order is finished.

Why do materials take 2–3 months?

That’s the supplier lead time on bulk quantities, not our production time. Once the materials arrive, the engraving itself is generally done within one business week.

Can I see a sample before the full run?

You’ll always approve a to-scale proof before anything is cut. If you want a physical sample piece first, mention it in your quote request and we’ll work out what’s possible.

Is there a setup fee on a bulk order?

Sometimes. Brand-new artwork — a logo we haven’t engraved before, a new file, a new layout — takes real setup time, so a one-time setup charge can apply. A logo we already have on file from a previous run generally doesn’t need it.

If it applies, it’s part of the quote you approve up front.

Can I reorder the same thing later?

Yes. We keep your approved file, so a repeat run matches the first one exactly. Lead times still depend on material availability.

Bulk Quote

Let’s work out the numbers.

Tell us the item, roughly how many, and when you need them. We’ll come back with a written quote and a realistic date.

Free quotes, no obligation. Texts and emails are answered after school hours and on weekends.
