I run a hands-on process from start to finish: you’ll always see and approve a digital proof before any material gets cut, so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is made.

We’ll check whether the material looks suitable before accepting the job, and we may decline irreplaceable or unsuitable pieces. Tumbler-size engraving from $25 — every item is quoted first.

How payment works
Choose the payment method that works best for you. We accept cash, cheque, e-Transfer, and Square/card payments.
Every order starts as a request: we send you an order agreement with the final price, pickup or shipping and a specific date, and nothing is due until you accept it. For shop orders and one-off custom work, payment is then due in full before we begin engraving. You can pay by cash, cheque or e-Transfer, or by Square/card through your private order page once the agreement is accepted.
Bulk and business orders pay a 50% deposit once the agreement is accepted, before materials are ordered, with the remaining balance due after the order is completed. Bank transfer is also available for bulk and business orders.
Turnaround
How long it usually takes.
Many in-stock orders can be completed in as little as 1–2 days. Turnaround varies by item, materials, and order size — these are estimates, not guarantees. Your order agreement gives you a specific date.
In-stock materials
As little as 1–2 days
If we already have the material on the shelf, many orders can be engraved within a day or two, depending on how detailed the work is.
Out-of-stock materials
Up to a week,
then 1–2 days
then 1–2 days
If we have to order the material in, it usually takes up to a week to arrive. Engraving follows in roughly one to two days after that.
Bulk orders
2–3 months for materials
Bulk materials are ordered after the 50% deposit and can take around two to three months to arrive. Once they're here, production is generally finished within one business week.
