Especially useful if you’re bringing your own item — not every material takes an engraving, and we’d rather tell you before you hand it over.

Is this a bulk or business order?

Bulk orders need a 50% deposit before materials are ordered, and materials can take 2–3 months to arrive. How bulk works.

Exact engraving text optional

We engrave it exactly as typed, so give it one more read.

Font optional

Typed text in any font counts as a Simple design. Want another font? We can work with most on Google Fonts (opens in a new tab) — name it in the notes.

Artwork, logo or photos optional

Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC), PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or DXF — a phone photo of a sketch is genuinely fine. We clean it up for the laser at no charge. Up to 8 files, 10 MB each.

By sending artwork you confirm it’s yours or you have permission to use it, and you authorize Rosse to reproduce it for your order. We may decline copyrighted or trademarked material you don’t have permission to use, or anything we’re not comfortable producing.

I’ve read the Custom Order Terms and Privacy Policy. Any artwork I’ve sent is mine or I have permission to use it, and Rosse may reproduce it for this order.

Sending this doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll read it over and send you a written quote — nothing is made until you approve it, and sending this takes no payment.
